Dario Curti Certified Public Accountant
Registered in Bologna as a Certified Practising Accountant since 2004.
He is a member of Technical Consultants for the Court of Bologna.
He mainly deals with auditing, corporate actions, tax and corporate consulting, tax issues relating to electronic commerce and to copyright, national, EU and international trademark registration, certification of financial statements in projects funded by the European Community.
He is also experienced in advising and drafting reports for Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinationals.
He holds the position of Statutory and Statutory Auditor in other companies and acts as an auditor to a number of companies.
