Andrea Alberghini Certified Public Accountant
Registered in Bologna as a Certified Practising Accountant since 1983.
He primarily specialises in transactions both nationally and internationally, commercial law, international taxation, real estate law and its taxation. He is responsible for international relations in the firm.
He advises multinational Italian and foreign companies and he has over thirty years of experience as a partner and representative of major trust companies.
He has monitored international merger, acquisition and due diligence operations, thanks to his knowledge of the English language.
From 2000 to 2003 he was an Auditor of the City of Bologna and until 2006 he held the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Municipality of Bologna.
He was also Chairman of the Auditors for the Film Collection Library and the Gallery of Modern Art in Bologna.
He regularly conducts audit work on behalf of Italian and multinational companies.
From april 2015 to 2017 he was a member of the International Tax Commission of Certified Public Accountants and is regularly a speaker at national conferences dedicated to tax matters.
